November 21, 2024 Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled KickScooters and contact Segway for a free repair. Segway will direct consumers to a local store for the repair (where available) or provide a pre-paid shipping label to ship the product to a national service center for repair. Segway is contacting all known purchasers directly.

This recall involves Segway Ninebot KickScooters with model number P100S and a manufacture date in 2023. The affected units have serial numbers containing the date codes 2308 or greater (e.g., xxxxx2308xxxxx, xxxx2310xxxxx, xxxxx2311xxxxx). The serial number is located on the left side of the KickScooter. The 6th and 7th digits represent the year of manufacture, and the 8th and 9th digits represent the week of manufacture. The product is black and gray with red accents, and the Segway label is on the rear fender. The KickScooter is 46 inches long, 25 inches wide and 50 inches high, and weighs about 72.5 pounds.

November 21, 2024 Remedy: Consumers should stop using the recalled Nerf Barrage helmets immediately and contact Todson Inc. for a full refund. To receive a refund, consumers should destroy the helmet by cutting off the straps, then take a photo, and send the photo to the recalling firm by email at [email protected]. After submitting proof of destruction, consumers should dispose of the recalled helmet. Todson is contacting all known purchasers directly.

This recall involves Nerf Barrage Youth bike helmets. The helmets have a blue/orange exterior, black straps, an orange buckle, and are size medium (M). NERF is printed in white lettering on the sides of the helmet. Model 6011 is printed on a label on the inside of the helmet. The lot number (LOT#) and reference number (REF#) can be found on the same label on the inside of the helmet. Only helmets with LOT# BC01BJ01-200623 and REF# 5382-BL and LOT# BC01BJ01-111521 and REF# 4970-BL are included in this recall.

woom Bikes USA Recalls Children's OFF, OFF AIR and ORIGINAL 6 Bicycles Due to Fall and Crash Hazards
November 14, 2024 Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled bicycles and contact woom bikes USA for instructions on how to get a free replacement crankset. Consumers can use the online crank checker tool found at woom.com to determine if their bicycle is affected by the recall. Consumers with affected cranksets will be sent a free replacement that must be installed by a bike repair technician at their preferred bike shop. Reimbursement in the way of a check will be issued for the consumer's crank replacement expense upon submission of the repair receipt. All known purchasers are being contacted directly by woom.

This recall involves the ORIGINAL 6 bicycles from model years 2016 to 2020 and OFF 5 & OFF AIR 5 and OFF 6 & OFF AIR 6 bicycles from model years 2019 to 2020. The bikes are designed for children between 10 and 14 years old. "woom" is displayed on the sides of the downtube in white letters. It is also visible on the front of the headtube. The ORIGINAL 6 bikes were sold in red, green, blue, purple, and yellow colors. The OFF mountain bikes were available in black frames with silver forks.

Ricky Powersports Recalls Youth and Adult All-Terrain Vehicles (ATVs) Due to Risk of Serious Injury or Death and Violation of Federal ATV Safety Regulations
October 24, 2024 Remedy: Consumers should stop using the recalled ATVs immediately and contact Ricky Powersports to arrange to return the ATVs for a full refund.

The recall involves Ricky Powersports Tumble Weed youth ATVs, model TK-110ATV-1, and TGB Blade 600 SE adult ATVs. The Tumble Weed vehicles were sold in burgundy, purple camo, red spider, blue, black, blue spider, black spider, pink camo, leaf camo and army green camo colors and are intended for use by children ages 6 years and older. The model number is printed on an identification plate located at the front of the vehicle between the two front tires. The TGB Blade 600 SE ATVs were sold in black and are intended for use by adults ages 16 years and older. The model number is printed on an identification plate located next to the vehicle's front right tire. Identification plates on both models state "this ATV is subject to Ricky Powersports LLC's action plan approved by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission."

CFMOTO Recalls All-Terrain Vehicles Due to Crash Hazards
October 24, 2024 Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled ATVs and contact an authorized CFMOTO dealer to schedule a free repair at the dealership. CFMOTO has issued a stop ride notice to consumers and is contacting all registered owners and dealers directly.

This recall involves 2024 CFORCE 800 Touring and 2024 CFORCE 1000 Touring ATVs. The recreational off highway vehicles were sold in gray, orange, black and camouflage (camo) colors. CFMOTO is printed on the rear fender sides of the vehicle and CFORCE is printed on the upper side panels of the body. The Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) is stamped on the vehicle's frame behind the right rear wheel.

The helmets are black, with black padding, black straps, and a black buckle. "DROYD" is printed on the back of the helmet. This recall involves the Droyd Fury Youth ATV, model number "XW-A01", intended for children 6 years and older. The ATVs were sold in three colors: Speed Red, Power Blue and Force Green. The model name "FURY" is printed on the front and sides of the ATV. The model number can be found on the identification plate located under the front left fender, which also states, "This ATV is subject to the Jinling International, Inc. This recall involves certain VINs of Polaris Model Year 2023-2024 Sportsman 850, XP 1000, and XP 1000 S ATVs. The recalled ATVs were sold in black, blue, camouflage, crimson, gray, green, red, silver and tan. "POLARIS" is stamped on the front side grille and "POLARIS" and "Sportsman" are printed on the sides of the vehicle. The model name is also printed on the side of the chassis. The VIN is located on the ATV's left rear frame. In addition, this recall involves fuel pump kits (part numbers 2208595 and 2208596) and fuel tank assemblies (part numbers 2522378 and 2522379) sold as service parts.

This recall involves Peace Industry Group "Peace Sports" 125CC Utility and Sport Youth ATVs with model numbers 512 CY125ATV-1 and 518 CY125ATV-6. The "Peace Sports" brand name is located on the handlebar pad and side of the vehicle. The model number is located on the VIN plate in the lower section of the front frame. The ATVs have a plate on the lower front frame above the VIN plate, stating: "This ATV is subject to Peace Industry Group (USA) Inc.'s Action Plan approved by U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission."

Brompton Bicycle Recalls Brompton T-Line Foldable Bicycles Due to Fall Hazard
August 1, 2024 Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled bicycles and contact an authorized Brompton dealer to schedule an appointment for a free repair to tighten the steerer clamp bolts on the handlebar stem. Brompton is contacting all registered owners and dealers directly.

This recall involves the Brompton foldable T-Line Bike. The product is 25.4" H x 23.6" W x 12.6" D when folded. The bike has the word "Brompton" printed on the center tube of the frame, and a label providing the frame number and serial number on the back of the vertical seat tube. The label also has a distinctive "T" logo distinguishing this model from others. The bike was sold in Blasted Titanium color.

Razor Recalls Icon Electric Scooters Due to Fall Hazard
July 25, 2024 Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled scooters and contact Razor to receive a refund or coupon. Consumers with proof of purchase for recalled scooters bought on or after March 11, 2023, can receive a full refund. All other consumers can request a $700 coupon for a future purchase on razor.com or a $300 refund. Consumers will be asked to remove the handlebar and return only the handlebar to Razor. Razor will send consumers a prepaid shipping label and pouch for the return. The scooter's lithium-ion batteries must be disposed of in accordance with any local and state laws, and not in the trash. The rest of the scooter should be disposed of separately in accordance with any local and state laws.

This recall involves all Razor Icon electric scooters with the following model and serial numbers. The model number is printed in the lower right corner of the label located on the bottom of the deck. The serial number is printed below the bar code on the same label with "31", and on the back of the charger. July 25, 2024 Remedy: Consumers should stop using the recalled e-scooters immediately and contact DGL Group for instructions on how to receive a full refund. To receive a refund, consumers will be required to provide photographs of their e-scooter's serial number and severed motor cable.

This recall involves Hover-1 Dynamo e-scooters with certain serial numbers. Only scooters with the letters "WY" as the seventh and eighth letter in the serial number are included in this recall. The serial number can be found on a label located on the underside of the scooter. The two-wheeled recalled scooters are matte black and have a kick stand and reflective lights at the front and back of the stand board. The Hover-1 logo appears on the stand board and on the bottom of the stem. Hover-1 is printed on the middle of the stem.

American Honda Motor Recalls Off-Road Motorcycles Due to Crash and Injury Hazards
July 3, 2024 Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled off-road motorcycles, and contact American Honda Motor to schedule an appointment for a free inspection and repair. Honda is contacting all known purchasers directly.

This recall involves model year 2023-2024 Honda off-road motorcycles with model numbers CRF50F, CRF110F, and CRF125F. The CRF50F and CRF110F models were sold in red or white colors. The CRF125F was sold in red color. All three models have "HONDA" printed on the seats, and the model number printed on the motorcycle frame, above the engine. The vehicle identification number (VIN) can be found on the left side of the steering head on all models. This recall involves Full Speed Ahead's Gossamer Pro AGX+ bicycle cranksets, model CK-6037. They were sold separately and on bicycles including Cannondale, Canyon, Marin, Haro, Fuji, and Pinarello gravel brands. "FSA Gossamer Pro" is etched on the front of the crankarm. The model and serial numbers can be found on the back of the bicycle's crankarm, next to the pedal threads. Only serial numbers beginning with B1, B2 or B3 are included in this recall.

This recall involves BMX Race Box One Oversized 31.8 Delta bicycle stems used to clamp the fork steerer and/or handlebars. The recalled stems have dual-tone gray stripes, laser-etched at an approximate 45-degree angle on the stem body's sides. "Boxone" and the Box icon are also laser-etched on the stems. The stems were sold separately from bicycles. Bolts used in the stems are 6 mm in diameter and 20 mm in length. The stems were sold in various colors including black, red, blue, gold, purple and silver.

This recall involves Ascend Cabrillo and Minaret Electric Bikes. The Ascend Cabrillo model numbers are R7583BPS and R7585BPS and the Ascend Minaret model number is R7586BPS. The model number and "Pacific Cycle" are printed on the service label located on the seat tube above the bottom bracket. The Ascend Cabrillo was sold in a sand or gray color and has a rear storage rack. The Minaret was sold in black with red and gray accents or a step-through frame style. The word "Ascend" is located on the downtube and the word "Cabrillo" or "Minaret" on the chain stay. The electric bikes have an electric assist motor.

January 11, 2024 Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled helmets and contact Retrospec for a full refund. To receive a refund, consumers should destroy the helmet by cutting off the straps and mark the helmet with their initials and the date near the Retrospec logo on the right side of the helmet. Consumers should upload a photo of the helmet, showing the straps cut off, their initials, date, and Retrospec logo, to the recall registration page at https://retrospec.com/pages/retrospec-scout-recall to prove destruction, and then dispose of the recalled helmet.

This recall involves Scout model Retrospec kid's bike helmets in sizes XS and S. The helmets were sold in the following colors and designs: Blippi, Blush, Brash Blue, Chameleon, Cool Mint, Matte Forest Green, Matte Black, Matte Navy, Matte White, Matte Burnt Orange, Matte Green, Matte Royal Blue, and Matte Whisper Pink. The helmets were sold with a green hang tag label listing the name "Retrospec," the Scout brand name, and the helmet size. The word Retrospec or the Retrospec "R" logo appears on the right side of the helmet.

Ride Aventon Recalls Sinch.2 Folding E-Bicycles Due to Crash and Injury Hazards
January 4, 2024 Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled e-bikes and contact a Ride Aventon authorized dealer to schedule a free repair, including a software update to the controller.

This recall involves Class 2 Sinch.2 electric bicycles. The folding, 500w e-bikes were sold in silver (quicksilver) and blue (sapphire.) The e-bike has front and rear tires and foldable handlebars. The name "Aventon" is printed on the side of the downtube of the e-bike frame and "Sinch.2" is printed on the chain stay that runs to the rear of the bicycle connecting the rear wheel to the frame.

Bell Sports Recalls Bell Slope Adult Bicycle Helmets Due to Risk of Head Injury
January 4, 2024 Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled Bell Adult Slope helmets and contact Bell Sports for a refund. To receive a refund, consumers should destroy the helmet by cutting off the straps and upload photos of the helmet with the straps cut to [email protected] to prove destruction, then dispose of the recalled helmet.

This recall only involves Bell Slope adult bicycle helmets. The helmets were sold in dark green and light blue. The recalled Bell Slope helmets can be identified by the inner helmet sticker which has the model's name "Slope" and B1161X written on it. Only adult sized Bell Slope Helmets are affected by this recall.
