This recall involves WSDZ-branded LED shot glasses. The recalled plastic glasses are clear and have three button cell batteries in a compartment that power LED lights when the push button on the underside of the glass is pushed. The glasses were sold individually and in packs of 24 glasses. "ITEM NO: LP-024 (122)" and "Importer: ABC Trading, Inc" are printed on a label on the underside of the glasses.

This recall involves the Sierra 125U Youth ATVs sold under various brand names including "Rider 9". The model's name "Sierra 125U" is located on the VIN plate on the front frame column. The ATVs have a plate on the left front side of the frame column, stating "This ATV is subject to LIL PICK UP INC's Action Plan approved by the U.S. Consumer Products Safety Commission." The ATVs were sold in red, blue, black, pink, gray, spider red and spider blue.

May 21, 2026 Remedy: Consumers should stop using the recalled illuminated spheres immediately and contact Bethlehem Lights for a full refund. Consumers should immediately unplug the product from the wall and cut the power cord. To receive a refund, consumers will be asked to email a photo of the product with the cut cord to [email protected] before disposing of it in the garbage.

The recalled Bethlehem Lights 10-inch Illuminated Ribbon Sphere is a spherical ornament made of reflective, silver-toned material with a spiral faceted design. The sphere is illuminated from within by numerous small warm-white LED lights. The product has a 10-inch diameter.

May 21, 2026 Remedy: Consumers should stop using the recalled bands immediately and contact HomeProGym for a full refund or a $50 HomeProGym.com store credit. Consumers will be asked to destroy the purple 60-pound resistance and the gray 70-pound resistance bands by cutting them in half, send a photo of the destroyed bands to [email protected], and complete the registration form at https://homeprogym.com/pages/recall. Consumers should then dispose of the destroyed product. Consumers can continue to use the other bands.

This recall involves HomeProGym-branded resistance bands. This recall involves toy headbands and electronic pet cages. The toy headband, model 6300RP, is plastic and has a small push button on top of the bow to activate the lights in the bow. The bow is pink with white polka dots. The dinosaur toy, model 8266 (ZH998-22), is a silver plastic cage with a blue bottom, and contains a red dinosaur and a yellow egg inside the cage. The bird toy, model ZH998-23, is a plastic cage with a pink top and bottom and contains a blue bird inside the cage.

PandaEar Recalls Portable Hook-On Chairs Due to Risk of Serious Injury or Death from Fall Hazard; Violates Mandatory Standard for Portable Hook-On Chairs
May 21, 2026 Remedy: Consumers should stop using the recalled portable hook-on chairs immediately and contact PandaEar to receive a full refund.?Consumers will be asked to disassemble the product, cut the restraint straps and fabric seat, and email PandaEar at [email protected] photographs clearly showing the destroyed product and model label.

This recall involves two models of PandaEar portable hook-on chairs. The chairs are used to seat young children at the dining table. The chairs contain a black or gray metal frame covered with black, gray, or blue (dinosaur theme) polyester and cotton material and an attached restraint in the occupant seating area. There are two metal arms with plastic covers on top that anchor to a dining table, and the child is suspended from the table. "Panda Ear" can be found on a label stitched to the side of the fabric seats. "Model C2102" can be found on a label located on the bottom of the fabric seats. There are no markings on the product for model BTC-51.

Orb Funkee Squeeze Toys Recalled Due to Risk of Serious Injury or Death from Asbestos Exposure; Imported by The Orb Factory
May 21, 2026 Remedy: Consumers should take the recalled toys away from children, stop using them immediately and contact The Orb Factory for a refund. Consumers will be asked to verify the code and lot number of the toy, place the toy in a heavy-duty plastic bag, seal the bag securely with tape, and submit a photo of the product in the bag to [email protected]. If the toy has been ruptured or pierced, or the sand has escaped the toy, the Orb Factory has directed consumers to put on a mask and gloves and use damp cloths to pick up any sand that has leaked out; put the toy, cloths, mask and gloves in a heavy-duty plastic bag, then place this bag into a second bag (double-bagging) that is to be sealed with tape. Consumers should then dispose of the bag in accordance with local and/or state regulations.

This recall involves two models of Orb Funkee squeeze toys with the date code 3102491A. The products are made of a soft, stretchable material and filled with sand. Model 17451 is a large golden monkey (stylized "monkee"), and model 41929 is an assortment of small "monkees" in various colors, including orange, purple and green. The date code can be found on the hand of the golden monkee or the back of the smaller monkees.

May 14, 2026 Remedy: Consumers should stop using the Speed Limiter Mode immediately and contact an authorized Can-Am Off-Road dealer to schedule a free repair at the dealership, involving a software update that will take less than one hour. This recall involves model years 25 and 26 Can-Am Outlander 500 or 700 Pro and Max Pro ATVs equipped with Speed Limiter Mode and model years 23 and 24 Can-Am Outlander Pro and Max Pro ATVs equipped with Speed Limiter Mode that received an Engine Control Module (ECM) software update at a dealership on or after February 3, 2026. The ATVs were sold in Tan, Green, Camo and Gray. The model year (MY) can be identified by the 10th character of the vehicle's 17-digit Vehicle Identification Number (VIN). P = 2023, R = 2024, S = 2025, T = 2026. The VIN label is located on the front right side of the vehicle, on the frame. The stamped VIN is located on the front member on the right side of the vehicle. The model name "OUTLANDER PRO" is displayed on the vehicle's front side and the 'Can?Am' branding is located on the left rear fender near the tail section.

This recall involves three models of the Minka Bardon Series Pendant Light Fixtures. Models include the 8-Light Pendant (model number N1847-776), the 12-Light Pendant (model number N1848-776) and the 5-Light Island (model number N1849-776). The model number is printed on the ceiling plate of the light fixture. For installed fixtures, consumers should identify the fixture based on the photographs below. The fixtures include either one downrod (8-Light and 12-Light Pendants) or two downrods (5-Light Island) to attach the fixture to the ceiling. Each of the fixtures has a polished brass finish with slatted frosted glass shades.
