Children'S Products Product Recalls

This recall involves the Sierra 125U Youth ATVs sold under various brand names including "Rider 9". The model's name "Sierra 125U" is located on the VIN plate on the front frame column. The ATVs have a plate on the left front side of the frame column, stating "This ATV is subject to LIL PICK UP INC's Action Plan approved by the U.S. Consumer Products Safety Commission." The ATVs were sold in red, blue, black, pink, gray, spider red and spider blue.

This recall involves toy headbands and electronic pet cages. The toy headband, model 6300RP, is plastic and has a small push button on top of the bow to activate the lights in the bow. The bow is pink with white polka dots. The dinosaur toy, model 8266 (ZH998-22), is a silver plastic cage with a blue bottom, and contains a red dinosaur and a yellow egg inside the cage. The bird toy, model ZH998-23, is a plastic cage with a pink top and bottom and contains a blue bird inside the cage.

This recall involves Classic and Contemporary Guidecraft Kitchen Helper Towers in nine colors sold from June 1, 2022, through October 31, 2023. Recalled towers have both an item number and lot number shown on the lists provided and were purchased from June 1, 2002, through October 31, 2023. This information can be found on the foil sticker at the bottom of each tower's platform.

This recall involves Cosyland-branded children's tower stools, models CS0003 and CS0092-4. The tower stools were sold in natural bamboo and gray, and measure about 16 inches deep by 18 inches wide and 35 inches tall. "COSYLAND" and warning labels are visible along the top rails.

This recall involves LiCB-branded lithium coin batteries. The three-volt silver batteries were sold in packs of two, each with five batteries. The brand name and "CR2032" are embossed on the battery and printed on the product packaging.

This recall involves Petzl harnesses sold individually and in packs of five. Serial numbers are printed on plastic cards on the interior of the harnesses. All harnesses are offered in gray/orange color combinations. The SIMBA models are designed for children between 110 and 160 cm tall. The SIMBA models include a FAST LT PIN-LOCK buckle at the back of the harness and color-coded webbing. The SWAN EASYFIT models include color-coded webbing and a FAST LT PIN LOCK buckle system.

This recall involves Justforjoyful Rainbow Wall Toys, model JJ1602. The toy is composed of various colorful wooden pieces, intended to be put together and mounted on a wall. Components of the toy include interlocking gears, a washboard and xylophone with a pick and mallet on cords, a rotating maze, two wooden puzzles, a sun, a clock with hands and a rotating hourglass with sand, and a wooden tortoise and hare on a track.

This recall involves EEMB lithium batteries in individual pouches, models include: CR2025, CR2032, CR2450, CR2477, CR2016, CR1220, CR1225, CR1616, CR1620, CR1632 and CR2025-10. The lithium coin batteries come in a five, ten or twenty size pack. "EEMB" and the battery type is printed on the face of the coin battery. The white pouch has "EEMB" printed in the upper left corner.

This recall involves the bottles of Rublev Colours Gum Turpentine and Mineral Spirits. The bottles are made of amber glass and have a beige, orange, and white label. The labels have "Rublev Colours" in white lettering and the two bottles have "Gum Turpentine", "Distilled Spirits of Gum Turpentine" or "Mineral Spirits", "Stoddard Solvent" printed on the bottles. Both bottles have warnings and directions for use on the white areas of the labels.

This recall involves youth sweatshirts with drawstrings. The sweatshirts are gray and have the Bobcat name and logo printed in black on the chest of the sweatshirt. The sweatshirts were sold in youth sizes 8/10 and 12/14. The size of the sweatshirt and "RN#36753" is printed on the neck label in black.

The recalled children's pajamas fail to meet federal flammability standards for children's sleepwear, posing a risk of burn injuries to children.

This recall involves unexpired Travel Size Afrin® Original Nasal Spray 6 mL bottles, with Lot numbers 230361, 240822, 241198, 250066, 250152, 250646, and 250831. These travel size bottles have "Afrin® Original Nasal Spray" and "1/5 FL OZ (6 mL)" printed on a label located on the front of the bottle. It is a six-digit number, followed by the expiration date in following format: "YYYYMMM". No other sizes of Afrin are included in this recall.

The high-powered magnets in the recalled building tiles can detach. When two or more magnets are swallowed, they can attract each other and cause intestinal perforations, blockages, or death.

This recall involves the bottles of 1-K Kerosene Heater Fuel. The bottles come in transparent plastic containers with white caps and have a multicolor label with "KEROSENE" in all capital white lettering and "1-K HEATER FUEL" in similar lettering. The label only has a single front panel and contains warnings and distributor information.

This recall involves all Stephan Baby-branded Boo Bunnie and Friends children's toys. The recalled toys consist of a small plush animal with a removable, water-filled plastic cube that can be chilled for comfort. The toys measure between 3.5 and 3.7 inches long, between 2.5 and 3 inches tall and between 2.3 and 2.5 inches wide and were sold in various colors and animal shapes. "Stephan BABY" is printed on a sewn-in label located along the side seam on the right underside of the plush and on the front and on the underside of the toys' box packaging.

This recall involves the Heartwarming Hugs weighted plush bear with model number 034464. It has a side pouch containing a heart filled with 2.5 pounds of ceramic beads, which can be heated or cooled for comfort. The pouch is secured with a zipper. The product is graded 3 years+ and carries a cautionary statement advising adult supervision due to the heated/cooled element. The model number is located on the label sewn into the back side of one bear leg.

This recall involves Wiifo-branded children's tower stools. The wooden kitchen tower stools were sold in white, natural and light wood finish, and measure about 18 inches deep, 18 inches wide and 34 inches tall. "Model LT005" printed on label on the underside of the standing platform.

This recall involves TOETOL HOME-branded children's tower stools, model DETD0001. The wooden kitchen tower step stools were sold in white, gray and dark wood colors and measure about 20 inches deep, 15 inches wide and 36 inches tall with model DETD0001 printed on a label on the side.

This recall involves AMZCMJ DGD-branded children's tower stools. The wooden kitchen stools measure about 15 inches deep, 22 inches wide and 34 inches tall. They are foldable and convert into a table and a chair and have a blackboard. The brand name is printed on the product's order receipt.

This recall involves Autobrush's Sonic Pro Kids toothbrush boxes used as packaging for delivering children's toothbrushes. The electric toothbrushes consist of a u-shaped mouthpiece and a plastic base with an animal's face that matches the model's name: Unity the Unicorn, Lenni the Lion, Harley the Hippo and Danny the Dino. The light-up, musical toothbrushes have a built-in timer and three brush settings and were sold with a USB cable, a magnetic plug and decoration stickers inside a cardboard delivery box. The delivery box's white tray has a speaker with a coin cell battery on the underside. Additionally, "autobrush KIDS," the toothbrush's model name and an animal image that corresponds to the model are printed on the box.

This recall involves mGanna Sodium Hydroxide pellet bags. The product is packaged in a vacuum-sealed clear plastic bag inside a white, zip-top pouch with a tear-away feature. The front of the package states "mGanna SODIUM HYDROXIDE (NaOH)" at the top. Sodium hydroxide has a variety of uses such as soap making, baking, and cleaning solutions.

This recall involves SEGMART 55" indoor/outdoor mini round toddler trampolines with enclosure nets. Certain versions of the trampolines included promotional accessory kits consisting of a hammock, punching bag, hand rings, basketball board, basketball, pump and colorful balls. The trampolines and accessories come in a variety of colors. Model numbers SOSTT051BR, SOSTT051CR and SOSTT051YP are included in the recall. The model number can be found on a label located on the handlebar of the trampoline. Trampolines that did not include promotional accessory kits are not included in the recall.

This recall involves multi-point suspension swing frame, model MW7661, designed to support a swing (sold separately) for use in therapeutic settings for neurodiverse children who benefit from vestibular input. The metal swing frame is black, measures approximately 82 inches high and 55 inches wide, and weighs about 34 pounds.

This recall involves the Sanlebi Pet Vet Playset, model MX094. The playset includes 25 toy veterinary role-play parts in blue and white colors. The parts include: a plush dog, pet cage, vet coat, vet hat, eyeglasses, pen, ID badge, bandage, Elizabethan collar, forceps, infusion bottle, nail grinder, syringe, thermometer, dental mirror, otoscope, clipboard, two pill bottles, medicine tray, scissors, tweezer, scalpel, reflex hammer, and pulse monitor. "Sanlebi" is printed on the front of the package and "MX094" is printed on the back of the package.

This recall involves ATOYUS branded children's wooden activity cubes. The toys consist of a multi sided wooden cube with different activities on each panel, 15 animal and people-shaped pieces, a playmat with a farm image and a mallet. The cube's top has a bead maze with metal wires and wooden beads that can be lifted to access internal storage. The side panels include a shape sorter, a xylophone, a learning clock, rotating gears, a farm animal puzzle and felt flaps. "Model No. GLBB554" and the brand name are printed on the back for the toys' box.

The recalled children's t-shirts contain neck drawstrings, which pose a strangulation hazard to children.

The sets were sold in multiple colors with varying prints and in children's sizes 2T through 13/14. "Silks" and the size are printed on the sewn-in neck label and on the seam label.

The recalled infant bath seats can tip over, posing a drowning hazard to infants.

This recall involves Member's Mark-branded Valentine SS Notch Collar children's pajama sets. The Valentine's-themed pajamas consist of a short and a short-sleeve, button-up top with a front pocket. They were sold in various colors and prints, including solid pink, pink with hearts and cream with bows, and in sizes XS (4/5), S (6/6X), M (7/8), L (10/12), XL (14/16). "Member's Mark" and the size are printed on the pajama's neck label.

This recall involves TecFlox's topical solution bottles. The hair and beard growth serum comes in white plastic bottles fitted with a white nozzle and was sold in packs of four bottles. "TecFlox Minoxidil Topical Solution" is printed on the bottle's label and the manufacture date "MFD 2025.8.25" on the underside of the bottle.

This recall involves Tuymec Minoxidil Hair Growth Kit. The kits contain two black spray bottles with labels that read "Tuymec Minoxidil Hair Hair Growth", "Advanced Formula" and "5% Minoxidil with BIOTIN". The kits come in black cartons with white and silver lettering that include "Drug Facts" on the back, distributor information on one of its sides, three icons making product claims on its other side, and batch, manufacture and expiration dates on its bottom.

This recall involves Beestech's spiral children's tower toys. The toy has five multicolored levels and a basketball hoop with a character's face at the top. The toys measure about 10 inches high by four inches wide and come with six plastic balls. "Beestech" and model number "Bee-210316-01" are printed on the product's packaging.

Small parts can detach from the recalled toy building sets, posing a choking hazard to young children.

This recall involves defective plastic tip restraint kits (also referred to as furniture straps) manufactured by 4our Kiddies. The recalled tip restraint kits contain two white plastic brackets/mounts (one for connection to furniture and the other for connection to the wall), a white plastic cable zip tie, two different pairs of screws (one longer than the other) and two drywall anchors. The plastic in the brackets/mounts and the cable zip tie can break or degrade over time, which could lead to furniture tipping over if a consumer interacts with furniture that was secured by the recalled product. CPSC testing revealed that the recalled plastic tip restraints failed to meet the requirements of the industry standard for tip restraints. CPSC's Anchor It! website, www.anchorit.gov/, has educational materials available to the public, including important instructions for properly anchoring furniture to prevent tip-overs.

The recalled children's sweatshirts have neck and waist drawstrings that pose strangulation and entanglement hazards to children.

This recall involves spray bottles for Tomum Minoxidil Hair Growth Treatment, 100 mL. The spray bottles are silver with a blue wraparound label and black cap. The bottles are packaged in a blue box and both the bottle and box have "TOMUM" and "Hair Growth Treatment" printed on labels located on their fronts.

This recall involves Forever 21 Kids Disney Mickey Mouse Pajama Pants with black stripes. The pajama pants were sold in children's sizes 5/6, 7/8, 9/10, 11/12 and 13/14. The size and "Forever 21" are printed on the red and black label at the waist of the pants. The pajamas pants have the item number 01334347 located on a sewn-in, side-seam label below the bar code.

This recall involves KiddoSpace-branded fingerpainting kits. The recalled children's fingerpainting kits consist of one round paint palette with 12, 25 or 36 colors and one or more coloring books with between 14 and 40 pages each. TheKiddoSpace logo, "Finger Painting Kit," an image of a child with painted hands and the color quantity are printed on the product's light-blue box.

This recall involves two different types of TheKiddoSpace-branded handwriting practice kits sold with or without a carrying case: - The block handwriting kits consist of four reusable books with animal images on the cover (alphabet with a bunny, numbers with a frog, math with a cow and drawing with an elephant); black pens; blue, green, yellow, purple, pink and red pen grips; and pen refills. TheKiddoSpace logo and "Handwriting Practice Kit" are printed on the blue and white book covers and their storage box. - The cursive handwriting kits consist of three reusable books (letters, words and sentences) with an image of an open book on the cover; black pens; blue, green, yellow, purple, pink and red pen grips; and pen refills. This recall involves TheKiddoSpace-branded LED soccer hover balls. The recalled plastic soccer balls are black and white and have foam bumpers. TheKiddoSpace logo, "HOVER LED SOCCER BALL" and "GLIDE INTO FUN!" are printed on the front of the product packaging. Only the small hover balls that measure about 5.5 inches in diameter are included in this recall.

This recall involves Trankerloop-branded baby bath seats sold in blue, gray, pink and yellow. The bath seats have two detachable arms that serve as a restraint, four suction cups on the bottom, and come with a cup and a sponge. "PLASTIC STOOL" and "Model: YD-1958" are printed on a tracking label located on the back of the bath seat.

This recall involves TheKiddoSpace's sensory swing. The recalled children's swing consists of a stretchable, cocoon-style hammock made of soft fabric, intended to be suspended indoors for therapeutic or recreational use. The swings were sold in green, gray, blue and pink and in themed prints: ocean, jungle, space and fairytale. The swings included installation hardware (mounting kit with carabiners, screws, ceiling plate, daisy chain straps and rope) and a white washing bag and were packaged in a blue drawstring storage bag. This recall involves two different TheKiddoSpace-branded children's flashcard, talking toys: - The animal-shaped, pastel-colored toys were sold with a varying number of flashcards. "Audible Flashcards" is printed on the front of the flashcard's storage box and "Audible Flashcard Device" on the front of the toy storage box. - The rectangular toys have a slot at the top to insert the flash cards, a speaker, volume and power buttons at the front. The toys come with multi-colored flash cards that have animals, shapes, people, foods or vehicle illustrations and the descriptive word written on the card.

This recall involves Joyreal-branded busy board toys. The children's toys consist of a wooden base that measures about 6.6 inches long by 6 inches wide and have 18 led lights, a power switch, a light brightness knob, a mirror, two keys, an electrical cable and a hand crank to generate power. The Joyreal logo and "POWER" are written on the front of the toy, and "SKU: MX049-3" and "Series no.20250730" are written on the underside of the toy.

This recall involves TheKiddoSpace-branded children's Christmas tree toy play sets. The recalled felt play sets consist of a two-sided Christmas tree that measures about 40 inches high and 28 inches wide, holiday-themed felt ornaments, including one that reads "Merry Christmas", and a storage box. TheKiddoSpace logo and "Christmas Tree" are printed on the front of the product packaging.

This recall involves TheKiddoSpace-branded peg dolls in cups toys. The children's toys consist of seven rainbow-colored wooden peg figures with a matching cup and a circular natural wood tray. TheKiddoSpace logo and "Peg Dolls in Cups" are printed on the toy's blue box.

This recall involves TheKiddoSpace's children's story books. The recalled soft fabric books measure about 7 inches by 8 inches and have six felt pages. TheKiddoSpace logo, "BOOK," "2" and images of a rainbow and clouds are printed on the book's front cover. TheKiddoSpace logo and "Boys and Girls Sensory Storybook" are printed on the book's packaging.

This recall involves TheKiddoSpace-branded Montessori children's puzzle egg toys. The recalled toys consist of six or 12 white plastic eggs that split in two and come in a yellow storage case. Each egg half has a different colored geometric shape that only fits with its matching pair.

This recall involves TheKiddoSpace-branded reusable water balloons. The recalled refillable multi-colored water balloons are silicon balls that have small magnets to keep them closed when filled and come with a black mesh storage bag. TheKiddoSpace logo, "Reusable Water Ballons" and an image of child holding a water balloon are printed on the product's resealable blue packaging.
