Kitchen appliances — ovens, microwaves, blenders, air fryers, and coffee makers — see recalls primarily for fire, burn, and laceration risks.

I sell kitchen & appliances on Shopify. What do I do when one of my products is recalled?

If a CPSC recall covers a product you sell, U.S. retailers generally have a Section 15(b) reporting obligation, must stop selling the product, and need to notify affected customers. RecallDocket monitors the CPSC feed against your Shopify catalog and helps you prepare the required safety report.

Where can I find the official CPSC recall notice for a kitchen & appliances product?

Every recall on RecallDocket links to its primary source at CPSC.gov. The official notice is the authoritative record of the hazard description, affected units, remedy, and contact information for the recalling firm.
