December 5, 2025 Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled planers and contact Grizzly Industrial for a free repair kit and installation instructions. The repair kit consists of an upgraded chip breaker adjustment rod, spacer, set screws, lock washers, and lock nuts.

This recall involves INIU 10,000mAh portable power banks, model BI-B41. The recalled power banks have a black or blue case and the INIU logo and a paw-print LED light are on the front. The model and serial number are printed on the back of the power bank at the bottom. Only portable power banks with serial numbers 000G21, 000H21, 000I21 and 000L21 are included in this recall. This recall involves Cubimana-branded treehouse building toy sets. The recalled sets consist of 618 multi-colored pieces to build a three-tier treehouse that lights up. A clear piece containing a LED light is attached with a wire to a brown piece that has a preinstalled button cell battery. The Cubimana logo and "Tree House" appear on the front and back of the product packaging. "NO. HG1015" along with the number of pieces appear on the front.

December 4, 2025 Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled wall beds and contact Ningbo Tianqi Electronic for a full refund. To obtain a refund, consumers will be provided with a disassembly kit that contains tools, brackets and screws with instructions on how to disassemble and discard the wall beds.

This recall involves FUFU&GAGA white wood frame queen size Murphy wall beds. The beds are designed to be wall-mounted and can fold into a cabinet. The wall beds measure about 86 inches high and 65 inches wide. The model number is KF210284US-01MH-A001 and can be found on the instruction booklet and packaging.

These doors have a sensor housing where the cell battery is located. Date codes for doors range from 031924 to 060524. The date code is etched on the lower corner of the glass The Pella Lifestyle windows and sliding doors with Insynctive remote control, models: 206A0000 (Generation 2) and 206A0001 (Generation 3). The Pella logo is printed on the lower 1/3 of the front panel of the remote. The UPC code on the packaging is 748171618722. The battery-operated remote controls were also sold individually.

February 6, 2025 Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled mower and contact TTI Outdoor Power Equipment Inc. ("TTI") for instructions on how to disable the recalled mower and receive a free replacement 21" walk-behind mower.

This recall involves certain RYOBI Brushless 21" Cordless Walk-Behind Self-Propelled Multi-Blade Push Mowers (40V HP). The mowers have a black cutting deck with gray top housing along with a black bag with "RYOBI" printed on it. The recall only includes model numbers RY401014BTLUS, RY401014US, RY401140US, RY401015BTLUS, RY401015US, RY401150US, RY401140US-Y, RY401150US-Y, RY401020, and RY401200 with the following serial numbers: KC21032D010001 - KC21327N999999. The model and serial numbers can be found on the mowers inside the green mower housing.

January 30, 2025 Remedy: Consumers should immediately remove the battery in the digital kitchen scale and place it in an area that children cannot access. Contact Greater Goods for information on how to receive a free recall kit, which includes a new replacement battery door that can be secured to the scale, the required labeling, and an updated instruction manual. Greater Goods, Amazon and Walmart are contacting all known purchasers directly.

This recall involves Greater Goods Digital Kitchen Scales, models: 0480, 0455, 0456, 0458, 0473, 0479, 0481, 0747, 0748, 0749, 0751, 0752, 0754. They are labeled with a sticker with the brand and model printed on the back and come in gray, black, blue, green, pink, red, silver and white colors. The Greater Goods logo is located on the top of the front panel of the scale. The scales come with a lithium CR3032 coin battery pre-installed and a spare CR3032 battery in the packaging.

SIG SAUER Recalls ROMEO5 Red Dot Firearm Sights Due to Ingestion Hazard; Violations of Reese's Law Federal Safety Regulations for Consumer Products with Button Cell Batteries and Child Resistant Button Cell Battery Packaging
January 8, 2025 Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled firearm sights and contact SIG SAUER for instructions on how to submit a picture of the serial number to receive a free recall kit, which includes a new cap with the required labeling and an updated instruction manual. Consumers will be provided with instructions on how to locate the serial number. Note: Button cell batteries are hazardous. Batteries should be disposed of or recycled by following local hazardous waste procedures.

This recall involves SIG SAUER ROMEO5 Red Dot Sights, Models SOR52001 and 7400579, which is a part included with Model SORJ53101. They are labeled with the SIG SAUER logo and ROMEO5 name on one side of the product. The model number can be found on the product packaging. The recalled dot sights contain either the letter K or M as the last digit of the serial number printed on the bottom of the sight. Sig Sauer will provide instructions on how to access the serial number. The optic sights come in the color black and with one packaged CR2032 button cell battery.
