December 19, 2024 Remedy: Consumers should stop using the recalled power banks immediately and contact Charmast for instructions on how to receive a full refund. To receive a refund, consumers will be required to provide photographs of their model W1056 power bank, their names and dates of the photograph written in indelible (permanent) marker above the label, and the severed power cord. Consumers should dispose of the power banks in accordance with local and state regulations.

This recall involves Charmast power banks, model W1056. They were sold in black, blue, green, mint, pink and white colors. The brand name "Charmast" is printed on the front and "Model: W1056" is printed on the back. Note: Recalled lithium-ion batteries should be disposed of in accordance with any local and state ordinances, following the procedures established by your municipal recycling center for damaged/defective/recalled lithium batteries, because these potentially hazardous batteries must be handled differently than other batteries. Do not throw this recalled power bank in the trash. Do not deposit this recalled power bank in used battery recycling boxes found at various retail and home improvement stores.

December 12, 2024 Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled speakers, take them away from children and contact Yoto to receive a free battery replacement kit. Consumers should request the battery replacement kit even if they already received the smart cable in the April 2024 recall. Consumers should dispose of lithium-ion batteries in accordance with local and state regulations and not in the trash.

This recall involves the Yoto Mini, a portable connected screen-free speaker intended for children ages three to twelve. The Yoto Mini is operated by use of Yoto cards and is designed to play audiobooks, music, radio and podcasts. The speakers are pale gray with orange tactile controls and a pixel display. The model name Yoto Mini, SKU PRPLXX00860, and serial number are located on the base of the product. The recalled Yoto Mini was sold with a charging cable included but no adaptor or charger.

December 12, 2024 Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled chargers and contact HTRC for instructions on how to return the chargers for a full refund.

This recall involves HTRC C240 battery chargers sold for charging lithium-ion batteries. The defective chargers are black with two blue screens, numbered 1 and 2, and the model identifier "C240 DUO" printed between the screens. The brand name "HTRC" is printed at the bottom left corner.

This recall involves the lithium-ion battery packs in Anker Soundcore Bluetooth Speakers sold exclusively on Amazon in 2023. Only lithium-ion battery packs in Anker Soundcore Bluetooth Speakers with models A3102016, A3302011 and A3302031 are included in this recall. The recalled speakers can be identified by the unit's "SN Code" which is visible on the underside of the Bluetooth Speakers. December 5, 2024 Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled power banks and contact Belkin to receive a full refund or store credit. Consumers will need to submit photos showing the front and back of the power bank with their recall submission form. Consumers should dispose of the lithium-ion battery in accordance with local and state regulations and not in household trash.

This recall involves Belkin BoostCharge Pro Fast Wireless Charger portable 10K power banks with model number BPD005. The model number is printed on the back top of the power bank. The serial number is also printed on the back of the product, will be a total of 14 digits, and start with the numbers and letter "57V". They were sold in black. The power banks have a white magnetic charger for smart watches. "Belkin" is written in white on the front of the power banks.

This recall involves the Quad Lock MAG Battery Pack wireless portable charger. The power bank is a wireless portable charger, equipped with chargeable lithium-ion batteries and were sold in black. The power banks measure three inches long and two inches wide. Quad Lock is stamped in the plastic on the front and the model number is stamped on the back of the battery pack. This recall involves Tala Muse Portable Lamps with batch codes 01/21, 01/22, 01/23 and 01/24. The lithium battery-powered lamps were sold in brass, green, white, blue, red, black and pink colors and measure about 13 inches by 5 inches by 5.5 inches. The batch codes are printed on the base of the product.

October 31, 2024 Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled Charge Case Accessory and contact Humane to receive a full refund or free replacement. Consumers will have the option to receive a refund or a replacement Charge Case Accessory. Consumers who purchased the Charge Case Accessory will receive a $149 refund, while consumers who purchased the Charge Case as part of the Ai Pin Complete System will receive a $129 refund. The approved replacement Charge Case Accessory will be available in approximately 3 to 6 months. Consumers should dispose of the product in accordance with any local and state laws, and not in the trash.

This recall involves the Humane Charge Case Accessory. The Charge Case Accessory charges the Humane Ai Pin. The Ai Pin is an AI-powered multi-modal wearable device. The Charge Case Accessory contains a lithium polymer rechargeable battery pack that is charged via a USB-C charge port. The Charge Case Accessory is chrome with the Humane logo in gray on the back of the case. The Charge Case Accessory measures about 2 ¾ x 1 ½ x 2 ¼ inches. October 31, 2024 Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled sprayers and contact Harbor Freight Tools for instructions on returning the sprayer hose and wand to the nearest store for a full refund in the form of a Harbor Freight Tools gift card. Consumers should flush the sprayer with water and cut the sprayer hose and wand off the product with scissors. This recall involves the Bauer 20V Cordless 4-Gallon Backpack Sprayer. The sprayer is a chemical sprayer product powered by a 20V rechargeable lithium-ion battery (sold separately) and allows a user to wear the backpack and continuously spray liquids. September 19, 2024 Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled desk lamps and return them to Jo-Ann Stores for a full refund. Consumers without a purchase receipt will receive a $23 store credit. Consumers who are unable to return the lamp to a store can email a photo of the purchase receipt to [email protected] with the subject "Desk Lamp Recall Refund" to receive an electronic gift card for the amount on the purchase receipt, or a $23 store credit if the consumer does not have the receipt and provides a photo of the lamp.

This recall involves Place & Time® battery-operated desk lamps with a USB cord. The lamp was sold in three colors: green with the model number 4843351B, pink with the model number 4843351A, and cream with the model number 4843351D. The model number can be found on the label on the bottom of the lamp. The lamp is about 12 inches high when the neck is fully extended and about 4 inches wide at the base.

This recall involves Intellio Toys' Bright Builder fort kits, models FKL-BG, FKL-BR, L-5BG and L-5BR. The green and blue, or red and blue, 100-piece fort-building kits contain 45 long sticks, 25 short sticks, 15 connecting tubes, 25 multilink balls, and a pack of five flashlights with button cell batteries. The flashlights were sold as part of the kit and individually as an add add-on component. "Bright Builder" is on the front of the kit box and "Intellio Toys" is on the side panel. The model number can be found on the bottom right corner of the back of the box. Only Bright Builder fort kits with flashlights are included in this recall.

August 15, 2024 Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled banks and return them to any IKEA store for a free replacement product or for a full refund. If you are unable to return it to a store, contact IKEA for instructions on how to dispose of the VARMFRONT Power Bank to receive a full refund. Proof of purchase (receipt) is not required to receive a full refund.

This recall involves two IKEA VARMFRONT Power Banks with model numbers E2037 and E2038. The power banks are blue in color. Model E2037 has one USB-A port, one USB-C port, measures about four inches long and two inches wide, and has one of the following date codes (YYWW): 2318, 2319, 2322. Model E2038 has two USB-A ports, one USB-C port, measures about four inches long and three inches wide, and has one of the following date codes (YYWW): 2313, 2316, 2318, 2319. The model number is listed at the top of the back side of the power banks, and date code is printed on the bottom of the back side of the power banks.

August 15, 2024 Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled mowers if the mower has gotten wet and contact DeWALT to receive a free repair at an authorized service center nearby.

This recall involves 2024 model year DeWALT Battery 21" Push walk-behind mowers, model numbers DCMWP234U2 and DCMWP600X2, and DeWALT Battery 21" Self-Propelled walk-behind mowers, model numbers DCMWSP256U2 and DCMWSP650Y2. The mowers are black, gray and yellow and have DeWALT printed in yellow on the front or side of the mower. The model number is printed on the rear door of the mower. A date code formatted as 20XX YY-58, with 20XX for year, YY for week, and 58 as the factory code, is laser-printed in yellow on the left side of the mower, just above the left rear wheel. Only date codes 2023 32-58 through 2024 13-58 are affected. Mowers manufactured after March 2024 (2024 14-58) are not affected.

Consumers should unplug the cord, cut the cord on the recalled power adapter, take a photo of the adapter showing the model number and the cut cord, upload the photo, and provide their name and mailing address at www.hatch.co/adapterrecall. This recall involves AC power adapters sold with some units of the Rest 1st Generation Sound Machine. The power adapters have model number CYAP05 050100U. The adapters have a white rectangular plastic housing that plugs directly into the wall socket. The model number, amps ("1.0A"), "Jiangsu Chenyang Electron Co. LTD", and "Made in China" are printed in black near the prongs on the power adapter. The power adapter was not sold separately.

Consumers will need to submit a photo of the recalled power bank showing the model number to the firm's recall registration page. Consumers without an order number will need to submit a photo of the power bank with their name and the date written in permanent marker. This recall involves Baseus power banks with model numbers PPCXM06 and PPCXW06. Both PPCXM06 and PPCXW06 were offered in white, black, light blue, and light pink colors. Both models have a magnetic side that attaches to mobile phones with magnetic charging functionality. The model number is displayed on the magnetic side of the device, and "20W" is displayed on the non-magnetic side. Model PPCXM06 measures about 4 in. x 2-½ in. x 0.64 in., and model PPCXW06 measures about 4 in. x 2-½ in. x ½ in. Only power banks with model numbers PPCXM06 and PPCXW06 are part of this recall. Some power banks were listed on Amazon under the model number PPXCW06.

This recall involves myCharge POWER HUB All-In-One 10,000mAh portable chargers with model numbers AO10FK-A, AO10FK-B, and AO10FK-C. The portable chargers are black and include two attached cables for charging portable electronic devices, and retractable wall prongs to recharge the power bank. "myCharge" is printed on the front surface along the long edge. The model number is printed on the back. The recalled portable chargers have a date code printed on the outer surface of the wall prong. Date codes are a 4-digit number in the WWYY format, where WW is the sequential week of the year and YY is the last two digits of the manufacturing year. Date codes included in this recall end with 21 or 22, or are one of the following four date codes ending in 23: 0123, 0923, 1523, or 1723.

This recall involves Yamaha's PA-10 AC Power Adaptors with date codes ranging from 2126 to 2319. Yamaha is printed on the front of the black power adapter. The date code is printed on the back. They have date codes between April 2008 through December 2012 in either a year month, date format, i.e. April 2008 is 0804, or year week, date format, i.e. week 15 of 2008 is 0815. GPU Angled Adapters Recalled Due to Fire and Burn Hazards; Manufactured by CableMod
February 8, 2024 Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled angled adapters and contact CableMod for instructions on how to safely remove their adapter from the GPU and for a full refund, including cost of shipping, or a $60 store credit for non-customized products, with free standard shipping. Consumers will be asked to destroy the adapter and upload a photo of the destroyed product to https://cablemod.com/adapterrecall/. The instructions on how to safely remove the adapter are also located on that site. Once destroyed, consumers should discard the adapter in accordance with local laws.

This recall involves CableMod's 12VHPWR Angled Adapters, models V1.0 and V1.1, that plug into a graphics processing unit's power port at either a 90-degree or a 180-degree angle. Model V1.1 has a stabilizing pin on the side of the male connector. The adapters were sold in black, blue, gold, green, orange, pink, purple, red, silver, and white, and "CableMod" appears on the side of the adapter. The adapters came in two variations to accommodate power port orientation: Variation A and Variation B. The 90-degree angle adapter is "L" shaped: The V1.0 model measures about 36 mm long, 21mm wide and 21 mm deep; and the V1.1 model measures about 36 mm long, 21 mm wide and 22 mm deep. The 180-degree angle adapter is "U" shaped: The V1.0 model measures 41.5 mm long, 21 mm wide and 17.5 mm deep; and the V1.1 measures about 41 mm long, 21 mm wide and 20 mm deep.

Snap Recalls Lithium-Ion Battery Sold for Pixy Flying Cameras Due to Fire Hazard
February 1, 2024 Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the Pixy Flying Camera, remove the battery and stop charging it. Consumers should then visit www.pixy.com for instructions on how to participate in the recall, receive a refund of the purchase price, and dispose of the battery in accordance with local and state regulations. The Pixy flying camera and other Pixy accessories are also separately eligible for a refund of the purchase price.

This recall involves the rechargeable lithium-ion battery sold with the pocket-sized Pixy Flying Camera. The battery was sold separately and paired with the Pixy, which takes pictures and videos and measures about five inches long by four inches wide. The Pixy and battery are both yellow in color. The battery measures about three inches long and half of an inch wide.
