Oreck Discover Upright Vacuums Recalled by TTI Floor Care Due to Electrical Shock Hazard
December 7, 2023 Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled vacuums and contact Oreck or their local Oreck dealer for instructions on how to obtain a free repair. To locate the nearest authorized dealer, go to "Find Your Local Store" at www.oreck.com.

This recall involves models UK30500 and UK30500PC of the Oreck Discover Upright Vacuum. Impacted vacuums also have serial numbers that begin with AJ2226, AJ2227, AJ2228, AJ2229, AJ2230, AJ2231, and AJ2232. The model and serial number are printed on a silver data label on the bottom of the vacuum. The vacuum is silver and black with "Oreck" and "Discover" printed on the front.

Lenovo Recalls USB-C Laptop Power Banks Due to Fire Hazard
November 22, 2023 Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled Lenovo USB-C Laptop Power Banks and contact Lenovo for a free replacement as well as instructions for properly disposing of lithium-ion batteries according to local and state regulations.

This recall involves the Lenovo USB USB-C Laptop Power Bank with model number PBLG2W. The power bank has a 20,000 mAh rechargeable lithium-ion battery used to charge laptops, cell phones, and other devices when an electrical outlet is not available. The power bank is black and measures approximately 7 inches long by 3 inches wide. "Lenovo" is printed in black letters on a red tag on the USB power cord. The recalled units were manufactured between January 2022 and June 2022. The manufacturing date is located on the product label in a year/month (YY/MM) format. The recalled units have the manufacturing date of 22/01, 22/02, 22/03, 22/04, 22/05 or 22/06. The part number 40ALLG2WWW and the model number PBLG2W are also located on the product label.

Costco Recalls Ubio Labs Power Banks Due to Fire Hazard; Caught Fire on Commercial Flight (Recall Alert)
August 17, 2023 Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled power banks and contact Costco for a full refund. Ubio Labs is no longer in operation. Costco has contacted all known purchasers directly.

This recall involves Ubio Labs power banks, sold in either a pack of one or a pack of two. The recalled power banks are black and have the model number PWB1071 printed on the back. The Costco item number is printed on the package. The item number for the single pack is 1314518, and the item number for the two-pack is 1265470.

True Fitness Recalls Showrunner II Consoles Sold with Fitness Equipment Due to Fire Hazard
July 27, 2023 Remedy: Commercial facilities with these recalled products should immediately turn off and unplug the exercise equipment containing the console and contact True Fitness to receive a free replacement console.

This recall involves Showrunner II Consoles with wireless phone chargers. Product numbers C4P, C4PAE, C4PBE, C4PES, C4PVC, C4PM, C4PMAE, C4PMBE, C4PMES or C4PMVC are printed on a label located on the rear console cover at the connection point of console (console mast) and cardio product base. Consoles will need to be removed from base to view product number label. The consoles are 16-inch Integrated Personal Viewing System ("PVS") LCD Consoles for use with True Fitness exercise products, including treadmills, upright bikes, recumbent bikes, ellipticals and stepmills, created for commercial facilities. The model numbers for the fitness equipment include True Fitness Treadmill, Model TC900, True Fitness Stationary Bike, Model UC900, True Fitness Climber, Model VC900 and True Fitness Elliptical, Model XS1000. The console containing the wireless phone charger with an uncovered mounting bracket is a component part of some True Fitness exercise equipment.

July 6, 2023 Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled portable chargers and contact VRURC for a free replacement product.

This recall involves VRURC portable chargers with model number "OD-B7," which have built-in cables and a built-in wall plug. The model number is printed on the back of the recalled chargers, which were sold in black, blue, green, orange, pink, red and white color options.

Nationwide Pharmaceutical Recalls Iron Dietary Supplements Due to Failure to Meet Child Resistant Packaging Requirement; Risk of Poisoning
June 22, 2023 Remedy: Consumers should immediately store the recalled dietary supplements in a safe location out of reach and sight of children and contact Nationwide Pharmaceutical for information on how to dispose of the product. Consumers can also return the product to the place of purchase to receive a refund of the purchase price.

This recall involves Ferrous Sulfate Enteric-Coated Tablets dietary supplements containing 324 mg of ferrous sulfate (iron) in bottles of 100 tablets. "Nationwide Pharmaceutical" and its logo are printed on the top left of the bottle's label panel. The recalled bottles include lot numbers M0786, M0816, M0817 and M0818, which are printed on the bottom of the bottle.

June 22, 2023 Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled dive computers and contact Poseidon Diving Systems at [email protected] to return the product via free return shipping and receive a free repair.

This recall involves Poseidon M28A Dive Computers used for diving. They calculate continuously and present needed data for divers. The M28A works stand alone or in combination with the Poseidon SE7EN Rebreather. Only dive computers with a serial number starting with "M28A-" are included in this recall. The serial number and two metallic wet-switches are located on the back side of the recalled dive computers.

Kell Electronic Recalls Personal Chiller Mini Gamer Refrigerators Due to Burn Hazard
May 18, 2023 Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled refrigerator and contact Kell Electronic to receive a full refund or a replacement cord. Once unplugged, the firm is asking consumers to use scissors to cut the cord, take a photo of the cut cord then throw the cord away. Consumers will need to submit the photo to the firm to receive the full refund or replacement cord.

This recall involves Personal Chiller Mini Fridge Gamer Beverage Refrigerators with LED Lights. They have a matte black finish exterior, lighted LED door and a remote control that has mood lighting effects. The LED lights were sold in red and blue colors. Model number K1000BK is on the back of the refrigerator. The refrigerators are 15.7 inches tall, 11.7 inches deep and 8.5 inches wide.

Moen Recalls Flo Battery Back-Ups for Flo Smart Water Monitors Due to Fire Hazard
April 13, 2023 Remedy: Consumers should immediately unplug and stop using their recalled battery back-up and contact Moen for instructions to disable their battery back-up before disposing of the unit in accordance with applicable laws for the disposal of lithium-ion batteries.

This recall involves the Flo Smart Water Monitor Lithium-Ion Battery Back-Ups. The Flo Water Monitor Battery Backup device was an optional add-on accessory that could be purchased separately to extend certain features of Moen's Flo Smart Water Monitor and Shutoff in the event of a power disruption. Only the battery back-up is being recalled. The dark gray rectangular battery has the FLO logo printed on the lower right-hand side. A sticker showing the status of the light on battery is printed on the lower left-hand side as well as model number 920-001.

March 30, 2023 Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled XS motion decoy battery packs and XS replacement battery packs and contact Higdon Outdoors for free replacement battery packs and chargers.

This recall involves lithium-ion battery packs and replacement batteries on XS series Pulsator, Swimmer, Crazy Kicker, Flasher models of motion decoys used for waterfowl hunting. The Higdon brand is on the product and on the packaging. The following models are included in the recall and each of the recalled models contain a lithium-ion battery. March 16, 2023 Remedy: Consumers should immediately secure the recalled product out of the sight and reach of children and contact Pfizer for a free child resistant pouch to store the product. Once the product is secured, consumers can continue to use it as directed.

This recall involves prescription drugs Nurtec ODT 75 mg orally disintegrating tablets sold in cartons containing one blister card of 8 tablets. The tablets are in a non-child resistant blister card packaged in a carton that includes the name of the product, dosage strength, expiration date. The dosage strength and expiration date are printed or stamped on the blister card. Fantasia Trading and its retailers are notifying all known purchasers directly.

This recall involves Anker 535 Mobile Power Banks (PowerCore 20k) with model number A1366. The power bank can be used to charge multiple devices from laptops, tablets or phones with a 30W maximum output. The mobile power bank comes with two USB cables and in a variety of colors. The power bank measures about 3 inches wide, 6 inches long and 1 inch deep. Anker is engraved on the front and the model number A1366 is on the back of the power bank.

Relion Battery Recalls Relion Insight Series Lithium Batteries Due to Thermal Burn and Fire Hazards
March 2, 2023 Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled RELiON InSight Series® 48V batteries and contact RELiON Battery for a free repair. RELiON will provide a shipping container for the free return of the recalled batteries. A repaired battery with equivalent remaining cycle life will be shipped back immediately. RELiON will also extend the warranty on replaced batteries for an additional six months beyond the original warranty period.

This recall involves certain lots of the RELiON InSight Series® 48V lithium-ion batteries with, model number 48V030-GC2 and serial number ranges between RB48300020210314057- RB48300020210314729, RB48300020210330001- RB48300020210330715, and RB48300020210507012-RB48300020221016550. The serial number of the recalled product can be found on the label located on the side of the battery. The intended use includes, but is not limited to, golf carts, low-speed vehicles, automated guided vehicles (AGVs) and outdoor utility terrain vehicles (UTVs).

LG Electronics Recalls Free-Standing 86-Inch Smart Televisions and Stands Due to Serious Tip-Over and Entrapment Hazards (Recall Alert)
January 12, 2023 Remedy: Consumers using the TV's supporting stand legs should immediately detach it and place the television in a safe location away from children. Contact LG Electronics for instructions on how to inspect the unit and to obtain replacement screws and stand parts, including help from a technician for a free repair. Consumers who wall-mounted their TVs do not need to stop using their TVs.

This recall involves four LG Electronics 86-inch smart TV models with model numbers 86UQ8000AUB, 86UQ7070ZUD, 86UQ7590PUD, and 86NANO75UQA. The TVs (not including the stands) are 86 inches diagonally, 43.5 inches high, 76 inches wide, and 2.4 inches deep. They weigh approximately 100 pounds. The serial number of the recalled product begins with 202RM, 203RM, 204RM, 205RM, 206RM, 207RM, or 208RM and is located at the bottom right of the back of the TV, along with the model number. Consumers can also check the serial number by pressing the mute button, three times rapidly, on the original LG remote control provided with their TV.
