May 21, 2026 Remedy: Consumers should stop using the recalled bands immediately and contact HomeProGym for a full refund or a $50 HomeProGym.com store credit. Consumers will be asked to destroy the purple 60-pound resistance and the gray 70-pound resistance bands by cutting them in half, send a photo of the destroyed bands to [email protected], and complete the registration form at https://homeprogym.com/pages/recall. Consumers should then dispose of the destroyed product. Consumers can continue to use the other bands.

This recall involves HomeProGym-branded resistance bands. The latex, stackable bands have a silver metal D?ring at each end, attached to a black strap and were sold as part of the following sets and bundles: Add-on Stackable Resistance Bands - 130lbs (60kg), Stackable Resistance Bands Set Ultra 7 Bands, Stackable Resistance Bands Set Mega 9 Bands, PowerTube Stackable 450lbs Band Set + Bar & Ultra Door Anchor, Ultimate Bundle and Mega Bundle. Only the purple 60-pound resistance and the gray 70-pound resistance bands are included in this recall. The weight resistance, "HOME PRO GYM" and "ULTRA" or "ULTRA PLUS" are printed on the bands' strap.

Missry Associates Recalls Misco Sports Badminton Toy Sets Due to Risk of Serious Injury or Death from Battery Ingestion; Violates Mandatory Standard for Toys
May 14, 2026 Remedy: Consumers should stop using the badminton toy set immediately, take the shuttlecock away from children and contact Missry Associates for a full refund. Consumers will be asked to dispose of the badminton toy set with the shuttlecock (number MT2383) in the trash and send the photo to [email protected]. Note: Button cell and coin batteries are hazardous. Batteries should be disposed of or recycled by following local hazardous waste procedures.

This recall involves Misco Sports Badminton Toy Sets (MT2383). The badminton toy sets come in blue and red and with a light up shuttlecock. The Badminton Toy Sets (MT2383) have "MT2383" and "100125" printed on products located on black handles in white color letters.

Thermos Recalls 8.2 Million Stainless King Food Jars and Bottles Due to Serious Impact Injury and Laceration Hazards
April 30, 2026 Remedy: Consumers should stop using the recalled Food Jars and Bottles immediately and contact Thermos to receive a free replacement pressure relief stopper or replacement Bottle, depending on the model. For recalled 3000 and 3020 Food Jars, consumers will be asked to throw away the stopper and send a photo of the disposed stopper to Thermos. For recalled 3010 Bottles, consumers will be asked to return their recalled Bottle to Thermos using a prepaid shipping label.

This recall involves Thermos Stainless King Food Jars with model numbers SK3000 and SK3020, manufactured before July 2023 and all Thermos Sportsman Food & Beverage Bottles with model number SK3010. The stopper of the recalled Food Jars and Food & Beverage Bottles does not have a pressure relief in the center. The containers were sold in a variety of colors in sizes of 16-oz, model number SK3000, 24-oz, model number SK3020, and 40-oz, model number SK3010. The Thermos trademark is located on the side of the product. The model numbers are printed on the bottom of the recalled containers.

This recall involves the Monorail Weight Pocket, which is sold as an accessory designed to attach to a Scuba Diving BCD. The weight pocket has a black base and a fabric pouch sold in multiple colors with a gray plastic D-ring handle attached to it. The weight pocket was sold in two sizes, standard and mini, and eight colors, including black, blue, green, orange, pink, teal, white and yellow. The standard size is about 10.75 inches long by 3.75 inches wide by 2 inches deep and weighs about 9.6 ounces. The mini size is about 7.5 inches long by 3.75 wide by 2 inches deep and weighs about 7.52 ounces. Both sizes have a color cover and "Monorail Weight System" printed on the bottom of the pocket. SCUBAPRO is printed on the cover of the standard size.

Johnson Health Tech Expands Recall to Include Matrix Retail and Vision Treadmills Due to Fire Hazard
January 22, 2026 Remedy: Consumers should inspect their treadmills to confirm whether they have a power cord bracket installed on the unit. If there is no power cord bracket, consumers should ensure that the power cord is completely inserted into the treadmill's power socket before each use, until the treadmill is repaired. Consumers should contact Johnson Health Tech North America to receive a free replacement power cord with an automatic locking-style plug by mail for self-installation. To facilitate consumer participation in this recall, the installation of the replacement power cord does not require any tools.

This recall involves Matrix Retail models T30, TF30, T50, TF50, and T75 treadmills, and Vision models T9800, TF20, T40, and T80 treadmills with certain serial numbers. The treadmills have a running platform that measures 60 inches long by 20 inches wide, a 33-inch-wide console, and were sold with a straight power cord with no power cord bracket. "Matrix" or "Vision" is printed on the treadmill and treadmill belt. The model number and frame serial number are located on the lower front crossbar near the power switch. The serial number includes the letters TM, a three-digit model number, and the manufacture date in YY/MM format followed by a five-digit serial. The recalled treadmills were manufactured from June 2007 through January 2024 and do not come with a power cord bracket. This recall is an expansion of the prior recall of Matrix T1 and T3 Series Commercial Treadmills, which were also recalled because the power cord can become loose from the treadmill's power socket. The remedy in the prior recall of commercial treadmills is a power cord bracket that requires tools for installation. For this recall expansion, the remedy for consumers is a power cord with an automatic locking-style plug that does not require any tools for installation. This recall involves Academy Sports + Outdoors' Magellan-branded Odyssey Rocker Chairs with date codes 07/2025 or 08/2025 sold from September 2025 to October 2025. The recalled folding chairs were sold in charcoal, navy, olive green and teal and measure about 25.2" long by 5.5" deep by 37.4" high when folded or 25.4" long by 25.2" deep by 37.4" high when opened. They have a metal frame with a mesh backrest, a carrying handle and a drink holder on the side. The Magellan Outdoors logo is printed on the front of the backrest. Only chairs manufactured between July 2025 through August 2025 are included in this recall. "ACADEMY, LTD," "177296" and the manufacture date in MM/YYYY format are printed on the tracking label sewn onto the seat of the chair.

January 22, 2026 Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the baby gyms and contact Mikario Trading for a full refund. Consumers should remove the toy bar, cut the cushion in half and send a photo of the destroyed gyms to [email protected].

This recall involves Mikario Trading's 5-in-1 baby gyms. The recalled baby gyms convert from an activity center to a tummy-time pillow mat. They were sold in pink and have a toy bar, six detachable plush toys and a set of milestone cards. "Baby Gym" and "Item No.: CBPBG-PIN" are printed on a label stitched to the product on the edge of the mat at the bottom.
