This recall involves model year 2022 Fugleman Utility -Terrain Vehicles (UTVs) with model numbers UT10E or UT10X. These vehicles were sold in various colors including white, black, gray and camo. "FUGLEMAN" decals are printed on the right and left rear side panels. The Segway logo is on the hood. The model number is located on the right and left rear side panels next to the Fugleman logo.

Amer Sports Winter & Outdoor Recalls Ski Touring Bindings Due to Fall and Injury Hazards
November 9, 2023 Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled ski bindings and return them to any authorized Armada, Atomic Ski, or Salomon dealer for a free inspection and a free replacement of the toe portion of the ski bindings, if included in the recall. Authorized dealers can verify if a binding is included in this recall based on its serial number. The serial number is only visible during disassembly, and the firm asks consumers to allow dealers only to disassemble the bindings. Consumers should not disassemble bindings on their own.

This recall involves Armada, Atomic, and Salomon brand ski touring bindings. The ski bindings hold a consumer's ski boot in place on the ski. The brand name is printed on the heel of the ski binding. The recall includes the following brands and model names having the following serial numbers: serial numbers ranging from 22P00000 to 22P10531; 22P92954 to 22P99999, 23P10531 to 23P10886 and 230600000 to 230769999 are included in this recall. The serial number is only visible when the bindings are disassembled. Consumers should visit authorized dealers who will disassemble and verify if a binding is included in this recall. The only ski bindings included in this recall have gray springs in the toe component. The blankets were sold in aqua blue on one side and gray on the other with fabric quilting and raised fabric dots, and have a YourHealthToolkit (YHT) logo attached as a hangtag to the seams of the blanket.

True Fitness Recalls Showrunner II Consoles Sold with Fitness Equipment Due to Fire Hazard
July 27, 2023 Remedy: Commercial facilities with these recalled products should immediately turn off and unplug the exercise equipment containing the console and contact True Fitness to receive a free replacement console.

This recall involves Showrunner II Consoles with wireless phone chargers. Product numbers C4P, C4PAE, C4PBE, C4PES, C4PVC, C4PM, C4PMAE, C4PMBE, C4PMES or C4PMVC are printed on a label located on the rear console cover at the connection point of console (console mast) and cardio product base. Consoles will need to be removed from base to view product number label. The consoles are 16-inch Integrated Personal Viewing System ("PVS") LCD Consoles for use with True Fitness exercise products, including treadmills, upright bikes, recumbent bikes, ellipticals and stepmills, created for commercial facilities. The model numbers for the fitness equipment include True Fitness Treadmill, Model TC900, True Fitness Stationary Bike, Model UC900, True Fitness Climber, Model VC900 and True Fitness Elliptical, Model XS1000. The console containing the wireless phone charger with an uncovered mounting bracket is a component part of some True Fitness exercise equipment.

May 11, 2023 Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled exercise bikes and contact Peloton for a free repair. Peloton is offering consumers a free seat post that can be self-installed.

This recall involves Peloton Bikes with model number PL01. The Peloton Bike measures 4 ft. long x 2 ft. wide, and has an adjustable seat, handlebar, and screen, which tilts up and down to accommodate different heights. The Peloton name and the model number are displayed on the inside front fork, near the flywheel.

Ricky Powersports Recalls Youth All-Terrain Vehicles (ATVs) Due to Violation of Federal ATV Safety Standard; Risk of Serious Injury or Death
May 4, 2023 Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled ATVs and contact Ricky Powersports for a free repair from an authorized repair shop.

The recall involves Ricky Powersports RPS Youth BF-ATV125E 125cc ATVs. The ATVs were sold in burgundy, purple camo, red spider, blue, black, blue spider, black spider, pink camo, leaf camo and army green camo colors and are intended for use by children ages 10 years and older. "RPS" is printed on the handlebar pad and "125cc" is printed on both sides of the vehicle. The model number is printed on both sides of the vehicle and on an identification plate mounted on the frame behind the front bumper which also states, "this ATV is subject to Ricky Powersports LLC's action plan approved by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission."

April 6, 2023 Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled avalanche shovels and follow the instructions at https://mammut.prezly.com/recall-notice-for-a-call-for-inspection-shovel-locking-mechanism to inspect the connection between the shaft and the shovel head to make sure it properly locks into position. If the connection does not lock into position, consumers should contact Mammut to obtain a prepaid return shipping label to return the shovel for a free repair or a free replacement shovel.

This recall involves Alugator Ride 3.0 Hoe and Alugator Ride SE shovels. The recalled shovels are used for digging out avalanche victims. The recalled shovels are made of aluminum, were sold in silver or black finishes and have orange handles. The recalled Alugator Ride 3.0 Hoe avalanche shovels were sold individually with production lot number 1121. The Alugator Ride SE avalanche shovels were sold as part of the Barryvox Package, and Barryvox Package Tour with production lot numbers 1221 and 0322. The product name and production lot number are printed on shovel shaft near the handle.

This recall involves Carhartt Men's Force Relaxed 5 Pocket Work Pants with an elastic drawstring hem near the ankle of the pants. Product number 105222 is printed on a tag on the inside seam near the waistband. The pants are made of 81% cotton/16% nylon/3% elastane, stretch twill, were sold in gray and brown colors, and feature two front pockets, a phone pocket on the right leg and two back pockets, one with a zipper and includes all sizes.

Polaris Recalls Sportsman All-Terrain Vehicles Due to Fire and Crash Hazards (Recall Alert)
March 16, 2023 Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled ATVs and contact a Polaris dealer to schedule a free repair. Polaris has notified consumers to stop riding the vehicles and is contacting registered owners directly to provide more details about the repair.

This recall involves certain VINs of model years 2021-2023 Sportsman 450 and 570 ATVs. The recalled ATVs were sold in the following colors: green, blue, beige, red, camouflage, gray, titanium metallic, black, white, azure crystal and orange. POLARIS is stamped on the front grille and POLARIS and Sportsman are printed on the sides of the vehicles. The model name is also printed on the side of the chassis. This recall involves the CTRL Imperial wakeboard binding that comprises of a boot attached to a binding baseplate. The baseplate then attaches to a wakeboard. Wakeboarding is a water sport in which the rider, standing on a wakeboard, is towed behind a motorboat for sport. The binding baseplate and its boot is either black or white in color. The boot is open-toed with CTRL printed in white letters on the side of the boot. The recalled bindings have model numbers WKBCTIMP0419, WKBCTIMP04WH20, WKBCTIMP0619 or WKBCTIMP06WH20 which is printed on the packaging.

Each set consists of a knitted polyester long sleeved bodysuit with snaps at the left shoulder and at the crotch, and a pair of matching knitted polyester pants with an elastic waistband. The style number is printed on a sewn-in label inside the garment in the form STY60910FA21 for the Fall 2021 style and STY60910FA22 for the Fall 2022 style. They were sold in five designs: pink and white with "My Planet," pink hearts and pink trim; blue with "Patagonia" and "Fun Hogs"; pink with small graphics; pink with "Patagonia Mountain Kids" and gray and black with "Patagonia Mountain Kids."

This recall involves model year 2021, 2022 and 2023 Freedom and Valor E-Z-GO RXV personal transportation vehicles, with serial numbers ranging from 5585710 through 5716926; and model year 2021, 2022 and 2023 Valor, Express and Liberty E-Z-GO TXT personal transportation vehicles, with serial numbers ranging from 3478457 through 3591890. Recalled units are equipped with an optional USB charge port. The vehicle's serial number is printed near the base of the steering column for RXV models and is printed below the operator seat position for TXT models. These vehicles are commonly referred to as golf carts or golf cars and are used primarily to transport people.

This recall involves only the raindrops on the cloud toy sold with the Skip Hop Silver Lining Cloud Activity Gym. The cloud toy is a plush, two-sided character face cloud with three raindrops attached to it by ribbons. The cloud toy attaches to the Silver Lining Cloud Activity Gym via a plastic ring. Polaris will instruct dealers to install new fuel filler neck clamps and, if needed, a fill neck cover.
