December 28, 2023 Remedy: Consumers should stop using the recalled magnetic balls immediately, take them away from children and contact Joybuy to receive a pre-paid label to return the recalled products for a full refund. Joybuy is notifying all known purchasers directly.

This recall involves 5mm magnetic balls which are small, spherical, loose and separable neodymium rare-earth magnets with a strong magnetic flux. The 5mm diameter magnets are sold in a set of 216 multi-colored magnetic balls. The recalled Relax Magnetic Balls were sold encased in a clear, plastic case and a portable, tin storage box. The set includes a black storage bag.

December 7, 2023 Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled plush toys, take them away from young children and contact Mary Meyer to receive a free replacement. Upon return or verification of destruction, consumers will receive a replacement Bubba Bull plush, or a different plush of equivalent value.

This recall involves certain Bubba Bull (Style 45541) Plush Toys with date code 1945. The date code is printed on a white tag on the plush toys. The plush stuffed toys are brown with off-white bull horns and Mary Meyer is printed on the seam label.

November 16, 2023 Remedy: Consumers should immediately take the recalled toys away from young children and return them to any Target store for a full refund or contact Target to receive a prepaid return label to return the toy set by mail. Target is contacting all known purchasers directly.

This recall involves Hearth & Hand with Magnolia 13-Piece Toy Mushroom Peg Sorter with the model number 324-06-3185. The playset includes a board with mushrooms decorated in a dotted pattern in multiple colors. The board measures about 6 inches wide and 8 inches long. The model number is located on the underside of the board.

Buffalo Games Recalls Chuckle & Roar Ultimate Water Beads Activity Kits Due to Serious Ingestion, Choking and Obstruction Hazards; One Infant Death Reported; Sold Exclusively at Target
September 14, 2023 Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using and take away the recalled water beads from children. Contact Buffalo Games for a full refund and instructions on how to return the product in a prepaid mailing package supplied by the firm or return the product to any Target store.

This recall involves the Chuckle & Roar Ultimate Water Beads Activity Kit. On the front of the purple container, the label states Ultimate Water Beads Activity Kit. It includes: 2 ounces of "jumbo" water beads and 6 ounces of "regular" water beads. Along with a clear container and lid, there are five small toy fish, a scissor scoop, tweezers, a scoop with a handle, 10 activity cards and instructions. The activity kit was sold in a purple box with UPC Number 079346627035 on the back.

June 22, 2023 Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled bath toys and contact Zuru for a full refund of $14 for each full-size bath toy or $6 for each mini-size bath toy, in the form of a prepaid virtual Mastercard. Consumers should disable the tail fin (by cutting it on the full-size bath toy or by bending it on the mini-size bath toy), mark the body of the shark bath toy with the word "recalled" and the unique code provided during registration for the recall, then upload a photo of the product, showing it is disabled and marked, at https://www.recallrtr.com/bathshark. Upon receipt of the photo, Zuru will issue a refund to purchasers.

This recall involves both full-size Robo Alive Junior Baby Shark Sing & Swim bath toys and Mini Baby Shark Swimming bath toys. The recalled full-size Baby Shark bath toys sing and swim when placed in water. They have a hard plastic top fin with three grooves on one side, measure about 7-inches from nose to tail and were sold in three colors: yellow, pink and blue. They were sold individually and in packs of three. The recalled full-size bath toys have tracking label information on the bottom, including raised lettering that states model number "#25282" and a date code beginning with the letters "DG" followed by "YYYY/MM/DD" in the date range DG20190501 through DG20220619. Only full-size Baby Shark toys with a hard plastic top fin are included in this recall. The recalled Mini Baby Shark bath toys swim when placed in water but do not sing. They have a hard plastic top fin, measure about 4-inches from nose to tail and were sold in three colors: yellow, pink and blue. They were sold individually, in packs of two or three, and as part of a Baby Shark Music Water Park playset. The recalled mini-size bath toys have tracking label information on the bottom, including raised lettering that states model numbers "#7163," "#7175," "#7166," or "#25291" and a date code beginning with the letters "DG" followed by "YYYY/MM/DD" in the date range DG2020615 through DG202352.

May 25, 2023 Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled activity tables and contact Juratoys for a free repair kit.

This recall involves two models of Janod Sweet Cocoon Activity Tables for children 12 months and older. The rounded triangle wooden tables measure about 21 inches wide and 18 inches high. The toys on the table are made of wood and metal. The round table measures about 22 inches in diameter. The tables are multicolored with gray, pink, blue and white. The tabletop activities include a grooved track for vehicle play, a bell arch, a bead and wire maze, a shape sorter, gear activity and stacking activity. The model number J04402 or J04411 can be found on a label on the underside of the activity table.

Kell Electronic Recalls Personal Chiller Mini Gamer Refrigerators Due to Burn Hazard
May 18, 2023 Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled refrigerator and contact Kell Electronic to receive a full refund or a replacement cord. Once unplugged, the firm is asking consumers to use scissors to cut the cord, take a photo of the cut cord then throw the cord away. Consumers will need to submit the photo to the firm to receive the full refund or replacement cord.

This recall involves Personal Chiller Mini Fridge Gamer Beverage Refrigerators with LED Lights. They have a matte black finish exterior, lighted LED door and a remote control that has mood lighting effects. The LED lights were sold in red and blue colors. Model number K1000BK is on the back of the refrigerator. The refrigerators are 15.7 inches tall, 11.7 inches deep and 8.5 inches wide.

May 4, 2023 Remedy: Consumers should immediately take the recalled metal doll pins away from children, stop using them and contact CultureFly for a $10 refund. Consumers will receive an e-mail with instructions to return or dispose of the recalled metal doll pins in accordance with local state laws. Consumers will be contacted directly by CultureFly.

This recall involves CultureFly's L.O.L. Surprise! Trick or Treat-themed boxes sold with metal doll pins. The purple boxes have an image of three dolls, spiderwebs, skulls and bats; and the phrases L.O.L. Surprise! and Trick or Treat are printed on top. The metal doll pin has blue, pink and purple hair in pigtails, blue eyes, pink shoes and bra and underwear. They include magnetic, cutout clothes to dress the doll.

Diamond Visions Recalls Plush Monkey Toys Due to Choking Hazard
April 27, 2023 Remedy: Consumers should immediately take the recalled toys away from children and contact Diamond Visions for instructions on how to receive a full refund.

This recall involves Screaming Plush Monkeys in brown, blue and pink. The monkeys are 23 inches long and make a scream-like sound when the front paw is pressed. The front paws of the plush monkey have Velcro so that the monkey's arms can be wrapped around a consumer's neck. Model TM-3280 and Diamond Visions, Inc. are printed on a tag on the monkey.

Monti Kids Recalls Basket with Balls Toys Due to Choking Hazard (Recall Alert)
April 6, 2023 Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled toys and contact Monti Kids for instructions on receiving a refund of $12. Consumers should show proof of destroying the recalled ball by cutting the blue crochet ball in half and then throwing the recalled ball in the garbage. Once they have cut the ball in half, they should send a photo of destruction to [email protected]. Consumers should state in the email that the recalled ball has been removed from use and indicate their refund preference either back to the credit card used for payment or a mailed check. Monti Kids is contacting all known purchasers.

This recall involves Basket of Balls with a ball that contains a blue crochet ball included in the Monti Kids Tummy-Time, 4-6 M Play and Early Gross Motor subscription boxes. The Basket with Balls has a blue crochet ball, a wooden ball and a red rubber ball that measure about 3.5 inches by 3.5 inches by 4 inches. MontiKids is printed on a label sewn inside of the basket.

April 6, 2023 Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled BLÅVINGAD fishing game and contact IKEA for a full refund.

This recall involves the IKEA BLÅVINGAD fishing game. The article name ("BLÅVINGAD"), article number "10539622," supplier number "21576," and "Made in China" are located on the back of the blue box. The ocean-themed fishing game consists of two wooden fishing lines with string and magnets to attract wooden play pieces with metal rivets. The game consists of 11 pieces and a die.
